It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
One of the greatest privileges of building a business centered around growth is using that platform to serve others.
Recently, I had the opportunity to organize and host a fundraising event benefiting Seton Home in San Antonio, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting young women and mothers as they work toward building brighter futures for themselves and their children.
In just two hours, our incredible community came together to:
Raise more than $5,000
Donate over 200 care bags filled with essential items
Learn more about the life-changing work happening at Seton Home
Create meaningful awareness around the importance of supporting women during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives
It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when people unite around a shared purpose.
Supporting Women Beyond the Moment
Every woman deserves the opportunity to rebuild her life with dignity, hope, and support.
Seton Home provides far more than temporary shelter. It offers young women and mothers the resources, education, life skills, and encouragement they need to create stable, independent futures for themselves and their children.
Too often, people only see someone's current circumstances. They don't see the resilience it takes to keep moving forward.
That's why organizations like Seton Home matter.
They remind women that their story isn't over.
Turning Awareness Into Action
One of the most meaningful parts of the event was coordinating a speaker from Seton Home to share firsthand about the organization's mission and the realities many women face.
Hearing those stories transformed the event from simply collecting donations into something much more impactful.
Guests gained a deeper understanding of the challenges these women navigate every day, as well as the incredible strength it takes to rebuild after hardship.
When people understand the "why" behind a cause, generosity becomes personal.
The Power of Community
Watching hundreds of donated care bags fill the room was incredibly moving.
Each bag represented more than toiletries, clothing, or everyday essentials.
It represented compassion.
It represented encouragement.
It represented someone saying, "You matter, and you're not alone."
Seeing our community come together to raise over $5,000 in just two hours proved that meaningful change doesn't always require years of planning. Sometimes it begins with people simply deciding to show up and help.
Why This Work Matters to Me
My mission has always been about helping people rebuild their lives.
Whether that's through coaching, speaking, online courses, or sharing my own journey, I believe growth becomes even more meaningful when it creates opportunities for others to rise alongside us.
Supporting women who are working to create a better future aligns with everything I hope this business represents.
Growth isn't only about personal success.
It's about using your success to create hope for someone else.
Looking Ahead
This event reinforced my commitment to making community impact a permanent part of my business.
Through The Lauren Stewart Foundation, I look forward to continuing partnerships with organizations that empower women, strengthen families, support children, and create opportunities for lasting change.
Together, we can build communities where every woman has the support, encouragement, and resources she needs to write the next chapter of her story.
Thank You
Thank you to every volunteer, donor, sponsor, attendee, and community member who made this event possible. Your generosity helped provide practical resources, financial support, and hope to women and families who need it most.
Together, we're proving that when people come together with compassion and purpose, extraordinary things happen.
