What I realized was that wanting a different life is one thing. Having the support to build it is another.
Not every woman has the money for a private coach, access to a mentor, or a community she can turn to when things get difficult.
And I couldn't stop thinking about that.
What happens to the women who are ready to make a change but don't know where to start? Who believe they're capable of more but don't have the resources or encouragement to move forward?
Those women deserve support, too.
That's why I began building Project: Love Your Life Again.
Not as another self-improvement brand, but as an initiative working to make mentorship, education, and meaningful community more accessible to women.
My experience gave me a reason to begin. The women who deserve these opportunities give me a reason to keep going.
I DIDN'T SET OUT TO START A MOVEMENT. I just knew something needed to change.
I know what it feels like to look at your life and wonder how you got so far from the one you imagined.
A few years ago, I found myself on my bedroom floor after one of the hardest seasons of my life, wondering how I was going to move forward.
I knew I wanted things to change. I just didn't know where to begin.
And as I started putting my life back together, I discovered how overwhelming personal growth could be. There was no shortage of advice, courses, or people promising to have all the answers.
But I wasn't looking for someone to tell me how to live.
I needed clarity. Practical steps. People who understood. And the chance to figure out what a meaningful life looked like for me.
That experience changed more than my own direction. It changed the way I thought about what women need when they're ready for something different.

Every woman deserves the freedom to choose her own path.
Freedom means having the confidence, resources, and support to make decisions about your own future. We're here to expand possibilities, not tell women who they should become.

We believe in transparency, practical guidance, and telling the truth about what change takes. Meaningful growth isn't a quick fix, and we'll never pretend otherwise.

Everything Changed
After years of navigating difficult circumstances, I reached one of the lowest points of my life. I felt disconnected from myself and unsure of what came next. But somewhere in that uncertainty, I knew I couldn't keep living the same way.
2021
The Decision
I made a decision to rebuild my life. Not overnight. Not perfectly. Just one small step at a time. I started questioning old patterns, setting boundaries, and figuring out what I actually wanted my future to look like.
2022–2025
The Rebuild
Over time, those small steps became a framework for meaningful change. Through setbacks, lessons, and personal growth, I began shaping the ideas that would eventually become The Monarch Effect.
Today
THE MOVEMENT BEGINS
I realized that rebuilding your life shouldn't depend on having money, connections, or access to expensive guidance. That belief inspired Project: Love Your Life Again, an emerging initiative dedicated to making mentorship, education, and community more accessible to women.
